I have had the internet with unlimited LTE for several years now after the pain of HughesNet! Where we live here in NC, we can get nothing but satellite (terrible) or 4G LTE. Which I was unaware of until a friend referred me to Unlimited LTE Advanced. It has not been without its issues, especially when everybody and their mother's brother was working from home! and not to mention the data hole and the high forest we live in. But I still work from home due to the pandemic changing my status at work to Hybrid. I am a global Document and CAD manager, working with very large files and it meets my needs very well. I am very pleased, ESPECIALLY with the CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received over the years. When the AT&T signal (the strongest one we can get around here) goes kabluey, they are on it! Currently I have been dealing with a lady named Loren (sorry if that is misspelled), She is excellent in customer service and very knowledgeable. She does everything in her power to resolve my issues as quickly as possible and has always been courteous and understanding, even when I am feeling a bit contentious! and I note...so have all of the rest of the folks I have dealt with.
Unlimited LTE is a 10 out of 10 for me and thank God they are here!

We live in a “digital desert” in rural Washington state. We learned about ULA about a year ago. We have been nothing but impressed. From picking the provider to choosing the best device, the customer service has been outstanding. Someone has always responded to our questions quickly and accurately. Also have picked up some good tips from their Facebook page and website. Have been especially impressed working with Cameron who really has a good handle on this niche business model. Would absolutely recommend it!
I have had the internet with unlimited LTE for over 3 years and it has worked flawlessly. I have one for my home in New Mexico, one that I use for traveling, and one that I use at my office.
Today I had a SIM card issue and contacted Melanie C @ 208-789-2970.
She has excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue immediately. She has a new SIM card on its way to me.

I have been a full-time RV’er for over four years, working remotely as a Programmer who heavily depends on internet services. As a Computer Engineer, I am well versed on today’s technology and know the difference is services. During the course of our travels, I have tried many providers for my technical outsourced services. No service in the market - NONE - compares to the services provided by Unlimited Lte Advanced. Due to my heavy workload and our travel activities, time does not allow me to write reviews, however, for Unlimited, I am making an exception. Everyone in the organization is extremely professional, quick to respond (they actually answer phone calls; you don’t need to “chat” or “emails' ') and handle the issues at hand in a timely and satisfactory manner. My contact with them has always been outstanding, and I especially appreciate Lauren, Brett, Frederick and the amazing Cameron! These kudos are not limited to the four mentioned but to the entire organization. I am happy to endorse and recommend Unlimited Lte Advanced to all, but especially the RV community!
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Melanie over at unlimited, was without internet for 5 days, only to find out on the second day, they had an outage, so anyway, I had to wait the weekend out( long weekend as my husband is an OTR truck driver)so Monday rolled around, and I finally got ahold of my girl Melanie, she told me exactly what I needed to do and bam, my internet was back up and running!! I ABSOLUTELY love Melanie, she’s been with us every step of the way on our journey with unlimited I highly recommend her!!
I've had service with Unlimited LTE Advanced for over 18 months. Customer service is available and responsive to any problems I've had. Overall, the wireless service has been great. We are rural and have had a couple of wireless providers over the years. This has been the most consistent provider so far. No issues with streaming, speeds are fast enough, it rarely ever buffers when watching movies. Has been good for all other internet needs. I highly recommend them.

Amazing, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service starting with online chat with Jay to inquire about their services, then I spoke on the phone with Bret for over 30". Bret allowed me to fully describe our personal connectivity issues here in Western Mass....and how to work with what I have....His knowledge was unlike any other company I have worked with in this small niche of the tech world...My SIM card arrived within 24 hours from Idaho...will fire up my hotspot soon and update this review.
We've been using them for several years now, on our various boats and vans - We're nomadic, and the LTE service they've provided has allowed us to run our company and manage our employees literally anywhere. Now that everyone is working from home, a service like Unlimited LTE Advanced is extremely critical to our lifestyle.
Their support team has always been super nice too, and they answer questions quickly. I own a VoIP company, and my technicians are trained to treat customers extremely well, and you can tell these guys care about their customers as well.
Hopefully 5G support will come soon, but LTE is more than enough for what we need. Thanks guys!

We own a small business and travel by RV most of the time. We tried several other companies and always had a speed issue. Best customer support ever. Rick helped me out and solved two major problems. I had got W3 and got screwed. Where I live there is absolutely no other option (not even ******** due to trees). A kudo to the effort. Oh and something everyone should know when you log on to your modem to check things the password is on the bottom of the router.

We are new RVers, and need to work from our RV no matter where we are. After considerable research and comparisons, we landed on Unlimited LTE as our provider and selected the *** option for service. The SIM card came ready to go, and the username and password is on a label right on top of the device. So, connecting was pretty intuitive. We had a few questions about how our kind of usage would perform to be sure we purchased the right size package. Frederick at headquarters called us back Monday morning (after leaving a request over the weekend) He was very helpful and knowledgeable. In a few short minutes, he gave us a good education. We feel confident that we made the right choice! As for speed... our upload and download speed tests show that our performance on the road is significantly faster than our home modem through COX. So, five stars for Unlimited LTE
